Hi guys,
Just want to run it by you. I'm shooting a Christmas party, few hundred people.
I have a decent location outside of the main traffic, but very visible to anyone who wants to take a picture.
Here's my setup:
Key light (studio light) in a softbox (2' by 2'),
Fill light (580EX II). Shoot-through umbrella, I also have a silver umbrella to bounce light off of.
Background light (430EX) either gelled or could be through an umbrella.
Background is black with some white snowflakes ornaments (provided by the client)
Background light is on a short lightstand (36" max)
I think the best would be place key light to the left and high of camera, fill light low near the camera axis and the background light to light the background or use as hair light.
It could be for individual, couples and small groups.
What do you guys think?
Thanks a bunch.
