Tom's Definitive Linux Software Roundup:Image Apps
I am not currently running Linux, but have toyed with the possibility, anyone using any of these, some feedback would be appreciated.

It covers every step of your workflow, from importing image off the camera, to editing and to printing. It's photography centered so it doesn't cover as much ground as the article mentioned above (it's not meant to be anyway). 5DMkII, 40D w/ grip, lenses, flashes, more stuff.
