I've listed the "best" linux applications for photography use. It covers every step of your workflow, from importing image off the camera, to editing and to printing. It's photography centered so it doesn't cover as much ground as the article mentioned above (it's not meant to be anyway).

Yeah, it's good, I've been following it over the last couple of months. I'm waiting for it to be a bit more mature to include it in the main list. Maybe when it reaches version 0.8
