Those hats are a bit of a disconnect, given the way the boys are dressed. The hats also obstruct the light from hitting their eyes and are causing shadows. If you are going to do something with the hats, that's fine, just make the clothing make sense. Then you need to angle a mirror or piece of white foam core under them to kick some light up to the area that is under the brim of the hat.

I like the background and the outfits, but the hats don't quite work for me. But they are cute pics.
