Learning proper posing

How did you learn about posing? I assume there are some posing fundamentals.

I realize the value of a properly posed person (a PPP? LOL) in a photograph and want to learn more. Any recommendations? I would prefer a book or an online tutorial...

There's a pretty cool thing on here that I haven't seen in awhile that shows a lot of different couples poses. Hopefully someone can chime in to where it is. Other than that just look at the work here and magazines and flickr and well you get the picture haha. Experiment to as there's no real "right" pose. When I did my first proper studio head shots I got help from a tutorial on youtube for posing for genders and how even the most subtle angle can seem feminine or masculin.
