Not too bad - but the crop looks awkward to me. The orientation is portrait but the baby is horizontal - we probably don't need to see that much of his blanket and of the floor behind. I would work on the composition.

Try a landscape crop of that shot that includes his hands and face and see what that looks like...

Weird crop. You clipped off the top of his head. As other said, horizontal would be better.

I agree and it seems like you did vignette which I am not a fan od since it makes the head to dark

Not bad.

Maybe the baby's face could have a bit more light on it. A reflector aimed at the face would make it pop a bit more. Or, maybe a simple PS curves adjustment would do the trick. You want the face in the steepest part of the curve, but don't take it too far or you'll loose that nice soft cuddly baby look. It's a balancing act.
