I always seem to have some nesting in a tree in my yard. I too was always brought up calling them Top knots. It was only last year I found out that they were a crested and the Top knot look really different indeed. Cheers Wayne

I think they may be a timid bird because they take off everytime I go outside. Maybe they will get used to you though as I find the birds in my yard harder to shoot than the wild birds. Cheers Wayne
