Nice images.
They do look a bit soft though, also I would lighten up the eyes a bit

the eyes are missing the 'lively' catchlights.
catchlights bring the eyes to life, they are too dark in these pictures.

i would have gone with more DOF, to get past the eyes. they DO look a tad soft.

The eyes are what I really care about. The skin is usually a little better a bit soft. Photobucket and the net never do any images justice.

If you say they're sharp at 100% crop, then ya Photobucket is really hurting these. Otherwise, great smiles and poses for these shots.

Thanks and yes they are sharp. A client would never get portraits from me that the eyes weren't.

Overall Nice Shots the whites in the eyes are a bit on the pink side not true white though

For you and thats cool. I'm usually ok if theres a twinkle and there is. Sometimes the expression or feel of the image for me will trump almost everything else. If you have a dead portrait all the catch lights in the world won't bring it to life.
