YN 465 as master

Does anyone know if I can use my YN 465 to trigger a YN 460?

I have an rf602 receiver and transmitter set and I need to know if I need to order another receiver to trigger a YN 460.

Yongnuo flashes have built-in optical slaves. You don't need any external triggers, and ANY flash will trigger them.

EDIT: Most Yongnuo flashes have built-in optical slaves. (the YN 462 and YN 465 don't) But they can trigger all other YN flashes with optical slaves. (like the YN 460)
