So,

I bought a Spyder3Pro, installed it, and ran the calibration for both monitors three times, but both display's colors are noticeably different. On the MBP, the white balance is considerably warmer than my Dell display, at all viewing angles. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong, but has anyone had similar problems with the Spyder3Pro?

Any tips?

Thanks.

The MBP WILL have a different white point than the Dell. You should only calibrate the MBP to its native white. The Dell should hit 6500k or D65 quite easily.

If you want to match closer, you'll have to calibrate the Dell to the native white of the MBP. Unfortunately, the Spyder3 Pro doesn't do custom white temperatures or monitor matching. Only the Spyder3 Elite has those functions.
