Looking for advice from you guys! ... Shot in the night in foggy weather and I would like to get some advice how to make my sport event shots better under the circumstances. Thanks in advance! I would highly appreciate any kind of comment, suggestion! :)

Annoying hand waiting to be cropped away at the very left in the first image.

The very different, and obvious, directions the players have, are quite interesting. Maybe burn the largest of the downfalling.. things (top left quadrant).

Yes, I got that one earlier! And I found it an interesting perspective! I will definitely try to do something about it tomorrow on Man Utd vs Arsenal. Cheers mate! :)

I did not quite like these images of mine, but I definitely see your point with the ball! :)

I like the first one with Nemanja Vidic. How are you achieving your shots, position lens etc ?

I used a 30D and a Sigma AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO DG macro lens. I have a season ticket and I was taking the pictures from my seat without tripod or IS. :)

Wow I was expecting at least a 500mm f4, extra kudos for the fine results using relatively modest equipment.

Thought on the first one in your second post: Cropping away the two left-most players, bringing Vidic closer to the edge.

Great captures! Players are super sharp. I thought for sure you shot these from the sidelines!

This latest series is quite outstanding with the Patrice Evra, Alex Song and Andrei Arshavin ones being my favourites.
