Can anyone help????

I have recently updated my computer and have misplaced the software that came bundled with my 20D, therefore I cannot get my 20D to snyc with the PC. I was able to download the WIA Driver from Canon's website but they do not store the other utilities for download, they have the updates but not the original programs.

Does anyone know of a location to download these programs???? I'm looking for the Digital Photo Professional, Canon Viewer, and ZoomBrowser. I'm trying to get the ability to capture directly to the PC again but can't wait for a shipment to arrive from Canon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and have a great day.

I don't think you can download them. You can probably call Canon and get copies. I don't use any of the original Canon software, I use DIM from alanlight.com (with a card reader) to download my photos and Photoshop CS2 to process them. You can get by without the Canon software easily.

You can download it if you have got a genuine canon product - I got DPP that way even though I only have a 300D. Just go into the download section of the canon website.

It'll only install if the previous version is currently installed. Catch 22 - if the installer finishes removing the old version, then crashes, you'll have to reinstall the old version and try the upgrade again.
