WHO? what? where? what does it mean? most likely it is an inside joke, or just a random word.

Thanks for the input :)
I have to come clean and say that the only person who knows "who" is the ladybug - at the time he/she was rather more active than ideal and I didn't have any idea what single word; let alone possible series (with other insects) to use. Very spur of the moment however the bug settled over that word and stayed still enough for me to get the shot.

You have however given me the idea to maybe use this as the starting block for a series of similar themed shots - though as yet the idea is to raw - ie I've no idea what message I want to try and tell - but it will be interesting to follow it through into something :)

Not so sure about that. What he says makes me think about my images in a different way. I see nothing about a power trip there.

It's only a power trip if he clearly has no clue what he is talking about and insists on talking anyway. That is not the case, at all. He knows what he is talking about and the rest is just opinion that you can take or leave, consider or not.

It just occurred to me that I don't have to stick up for Korrector, he is quite capable of doing it himself, and doesn't care what people say anyway. And that's part of the reason why we Korrector fans ARE his fans. bwa ha ha. Let the bullets fly, people. They bounce right off this dude.

Well I certainly think that this thread, as I've stated in a previous post, has really good potential. I know how capable K is of sticking up for himself but its nice to get some conformation that you might be on the right track from a few others.

I work in a world where art directors make the crits here look like a walk on the beach. If ya can't handle some crit, ya better get out now.

guys, I also don't really care for the FAN thing. If I was a musician, sure. If you all were paying and signing up for my masterclasses - sure ;) but really, please don't think of this as a fanclub. It's not the intent. And, yes, you really don't have to stick up for me in any way. This is not a street fight. I assumed that lots of people would turn their noses to this, and it is what it is.

I think this is not bad. Bikes are very photogenic for some reason. Much more than cars and segways ;) I think this photo has a ncie compositional structure. The circle shapes rhyme with each other (two wheels in the pic) and lead the eye along the entire shot. Not sur eif this was intentional. If not - the you got lucky, and next time you will look for corresponding shapes in your composition. I am not sure that I like the contrast to be pulled that much, but that's just personal preference. Good work!

hello :)
this one is the closest to home for me :)

Good color choices and pretty girls. This where the good stuff stops though.
you didn't mentioned how long you have been shooting, so you are getting it in full :))

Unfortunately this is one of those shots that should be the first shots of the session, not the final product.

1. The front model is missing an arm.

2. the back girl;s elbow is facing the camera which negates the entire point of the pose - creating dynamic angles and lines.

3. The models are positioned in a way that the girl in red is conflicting with the front model. same can be said about the outfits. Red is much more noticeable and this is why these mistakes are sticking out like pixels in an old video game.

4. The lighting is about as bad as it gets, I am sorry... The flashes are set up too low, and cancel out each other. Why is one model lit up from the left and the other one is from the right? This takes away from the mood. The shadows don't make sense at all...

this needs to be reshot...
