Does anyone know if the hood from a version I 70-200 2.8 will work on the new version II of this lens? (Canon)
In other words, are they interchangeable?

The number in the hood designations typically has been the diameter of the bayonet fitting for the hood, so I'd expect that the two are incompatible. Jon
