I believe this is in the correct place, I have been requested to shoot some promotional material for a new local gym opening shortly and I come here to ask for your assistance.
My forte is in Macro photography and besides a wedding shoot I am lacking my sea legs for shooting people in this type of enviroment. What are some solid tips to get great looking shots with a limited selection of gear?
The place, I've yet to tour, is said to be lit inside with heavy industrial, probably fluorescent lighting, the main subjects would, I assume be a few guys and gals doing misc gym-related things.
What are some solid ways to counteract the light? Just change light mode?
I'm running a Canon T1i, and besides some m42 mount lenses(+adapter) I basically just have a nifty 50 (The MPE won't do the trick for this gig)
I'm able to rent in town a few lights, and possibly a lens of decent price.
I've checked the read me's, but didn't see anything.
If you have a link for me, please by all means.
Thanks for the help!
