What would you have done differently? What did I do right?

Cute shot. I'd play with the white balance a bit to cool her down some but that's personal preference. She appears reasonably well lit and in sharp focus. Framing is a bit too tight I think.

Not sure what I would have done differently - like I said, cute shot.

You might try cropping the right side to eliminate the bright light (I think it's a window) in the background and see if you like it better.
