I like the shot, but I do have some criticism. The glare on the loco is pretty bad, and there's a lot of flaring coming into the frame - what was the light source to the right of the picture?
The other one's an easier fix, the florescent light makes the loco look too green.
I'm not sure, but I think a 4:5 crop showing more on the right side might have been better if it weren't for that light.

I can see where your light problem is coming from! The first shot in your second post is the best, IMO. It's a little bit too tight on the crop and needs a clockwise rotation as it's unlevel, but the image flows a lot better than the others.

I like the angle on #1, but the lighting is not good. Too much glare and the city lights are very distracting. At least you got shots without a bazzilion people around!
