That's the view from my back deck. I could suffer with that house. ;)

Wanted to post this before I went off to catch up. Curious how many figured this one out.

 And I did not see that coming.

Beautiful light and home, Wool.

Quick catch-up before going to bed.

*waves to the trouble makers and wonders if I'll ever make it to the naughty step* *shrugs*

I just took Minnie out for her morning walk.

While I am not a fan of snow, I do have to admit it does look pretty.

On a good note.... I GOT AN INTERVIEW.... *deep breathing* I'm nervous... not because I don't know I'm qualified and good at what I do... but because of the issues... will be curious to see who else is on the interview committee.... Tomorrow morning at 9:30am I could totally use some positive thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Positve thoughts your way, Jenn.

If it's just for reading, I'd go with the Reader. You can do mail and web with it, as well as download some games, and there are applications available to let you use Borders, Barnes & Noble and Amazon/Kindle DRM secured ebooks as well as unlocked ebooks for both of them. I don't know what versions of commercial ebooks are available in Canada; that may be a consideration too.

The screen's wider on the Reader than the Tablet, so there's more reading area on a page, and I prefer the application (FBReader) for unprotected ePub that runs on the Reader over the one (WordPlayer) that runs on the Tablet. WordPlayer's got a very fiddly customization and, what's worse, doesn't flow text nicely. If there's not enough room at the bottom of the page for a full line of text, it'll display the top (small portion) of the line and you'll have to guess, since it doesn't show up on the next page. I didn't experience that with FBReader on the Cruz Reader.

Both of them have WiFi. They're both touch-sensitive screens, but the Tablet's is capacitative so you need to use a finger, which is fine if you don't have fat fingers. I was able to use a stylus on the Reader for more precise control. And they're active LCDs, which most of the readers aren't. So you don't need an external light source for them.

Thanks for the review Jon. I am thinking I need to pick one up and play with it for a bit.

When the kids were here, I was playing with a motion option on the nex5 and Tif & Kona were assisting me. Kona is in all the photos, though it's hard to tell....initially I put these in a story board but it makes them so small it's hard to see online. At least for me, lol

There is a definite nap/naughty relationship. Sometimes the nap leads to naughty...
