I saw there's a new "Odd" book out? How many is that now?

I believe there are four, plus one graphic novel. I haven't read the fourth one.

Lisa, did you pick up a Beverly Connor book? I think I am going to have to pick up the first one new. Does not seem to exist in the used book world, lol.

Thanks everyone for your words and support.
ZANE, you are not an ass. *hugs*

JAMIE, the tan pup is a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix.

TERRI, I just got in the mail TWO new (for me) Dean Koontz books. Relentless and Breathless.
I'm just about finished with Madeleine L'Engle, then I'll start on these 2. I'm SO excited.

DAN, I like the cover. :)

Howie is awesome in every sense of the word, and I'll be amazed if we have him for longer than a week. Everyone who meets him is instantly in love.

I just got Breathless today :) I haven't read a Koontz book in a while, so looking forward to it!

I just started the third book in Stieg Larsson trilogy...I am tempted to read them at the same time  Haven't done that in a long time

He so does. You can't help but smile when you see him.

There is interest in him from one of our hospice care places here. He may become a therapy dog! :)

Watch this and smile. :)

Just jumped in for a minute, and saw that ^. I have no idea what precipitated it, but I would likely have said the same thing.

Crissa: Yay!! Congratulations to you and your wonderful family. Don't get lost in there.

Cat: Awww. It happens, and I really doubt anything would have changed the outcome. There really is a puppy heaven, you know.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

If he's as mellow as Buddy is most of the time, he'd make a perfect therapy dog and he's just unusual enough to make anyone smile...

nope. I've been all over looking for them used. Nothing. It's so weird. Even a large used bookseller in the area hadn't even heard of her.

and for my next post...

Terri, have you ever purchased from ABE? I used to buy from them years ago (when they first started). They have some of her books. I don't have my old account there but am thinking of starting a new one. Prices aren't bad.

abe.com

edit: and with that, I'll say g'night to myself since I'm the only one here.
