I had a client years and years ago who had OCD so severely that it completely disrupted his life... his OCD outlets were handwashing and lint picking... he'd spend hours picking bits of lint off sweaters, blankets etc... He had several other issues but those were the most disruptive... My aunt has OCD. She has to clean her house in a certain order. Certain rooms first, the items in the room all in a certain order.
