Can someone tell me what the shortcut is to apply settings from one picture to a batch of others? Someone showed me in the past but I cannot remember. Thanks!

A panel will appear so that you can select all the changes that you want to syncronize. Tim Kerr

To the left of the Sync button at the bottom of the Develop module there is a small toggle switch that turns on Auto-Sync. Any adjustment you make to one photo will instantly be done to all of them.
