Can someone tell me what the shortcut is to apply settings from one picture to a batch of others? Someone showed me in the past but I cannot remember. Thanks!

Make the adjustments you want to one picture, then select the others you want to apply those changes to, and then click Sync. A panel will appear so that you can select all the changes that you want to syncronize.

Or use Auto-Sync: Select a group of images. To the left of the Sync button at the bottom of the Develop module there is a small toggle switch that turns on Auto-Sync. Any adjustment you make to one photo will instantly be done to all of them.
