The hood thing is distracting and I didn't really get what I was looking at. Second one is much better, maybe straighten it up. I'm not sure if that's what feels wrong, maybe there's some perspective distortion? I have no idea, but it does feel a tiny bit off. I do like it though. How did you process it?
