Alternative lens hood for EF 17-40 on crop body?

Hi All,

The lens hood came with EF 17-40 is too big and maybe useless with crop camera boby. I used to put EW-83H lens hood from 24-105, and work well.

I would like to know any other better alternative; as my 24-105 wants its hood back ;)

The Canon EW-83J asking for $45.

Finally get one (EW-83J, not Pearstone alternative), and work very well on the crop.
