The second and third one are the better ones in my eye.

Thank all of you for your helpful input. I thought my son would have preferred the first image due to its "cool" effect with the dramatic light that might grab kids' attention, but he actually chose the last image as the one he likes the most. Cool ! :D

Maybe try a colored gel over the light in the first shot and close that aperture a little more and give it a shot possibly a yellow or orange gel would look better than the bright white.

Well, it turned out that I didn't like the "purple" background myself, so I changed to this prior to your posting (no gel, just some PP):

If this light was right behind her neck that would work IMO. But the source of the light shouldnt be here. It is a serious distraction and competes for attention.
