Snow in London at last!

Snow everywhere in UK, but only today enough to get the kids out snowballing! Any criticism welcome, but I am keen to know if I could do anything to clarify (make it more obvious) the mid-air snowball I miraculously managed to capture.

Since you asked... if you didn't tell me, I would not have guessed it was a snowball caught in mid air. The snowball blends in with the snow behind her so one doesn't immediately think that the blob in front is a snowball.

70-200 f/2.8L IS on my 500D.

I actually dug out my plastic cover (glorified plastic bag) for protection. In a few minutes there was an inch of snow on my camera - couldn't immediately locate another camera otherwise you could have had an entertaining one of me! This plastic bag cover (polythene?) has come apart at its seam does anyone know how to fix? Polythene is apparently impossible to glue. I was thinking duct tape?

just noticed the snowball now after you guys mentioned it.

can you layer the area around the snowball and turn up the sharpness?

I went back to the RAW and completely darkened it to extract a bit more info from the snowball area - harder to apply than I expected but I think this is an improvement?
