I finally got to use the Alien Bees that I got a couple of weeks ago. I used 3 B800's and Cybersyncs today at a local high school wrestling meet.

Here's the setup:

Here are a couple of comparison shots both with and without the strobes. Both shots are 1/200 sec f/4.5 ISO 1600. HUGE difference with the Bees lit up!

Action is good, but it looks like you cooked your highlights.

I see you had to deal with the dreaded red mats....I abhor having to shoot matches on red mats - the color balancing just gets wrecked.
