LR3.3 problem with local adjustment brush tool

I have a problem with LR3.3 local adjustment brush tool.

when i have multiple brush adjustments, i used to be able to see all the adjustments with its anchor pins and when i right click the anchors , i can see a red mask of the area affected by the brush... i cannot see that at all anymore...

whats up ? am i the only one seeing this?

Ah crap..... just as i finished posting this. my eye was somehow drawn to the new option to actually enable it:

problem solved.. carry on.
