I felt insane while shooting this photo, it was at 5 AM. Normally I'm at sleep at that time, but not this day. I had insomnia, so I decided to do something productive. Please feel free to give an compositional remarks. The sun is placed in the golden-ratio with intention and the grassy path to the right in the image leads the eyes there.

Yeah I like it. I definitely think with a like pp it could be a great shot. I don't know exactly what needs to be done, bumping up the contrast would be a start but I am not great at pp my pictures nor landscapes.

I think it's a lovely shot. It has lots of PP potential for sure.

Thanks guys. I'll do some more PP when I get home. Any more general tips than amping the contrast?

I believe that would be a bad idea, as it would remove the sun from the golden ratio, which was the intention with the shot - having the sun in the golden ratio.

i am talking about the half inch from top that would remove the dust, just above the top cloud, it would also give more focus to the foreground.

It would also throw the image into unbalance. The sun would no longer be in the golden ratio, the grassy path would now just lead to the sun without the sun having any impact on the image. The image would also not be according to the rule of thirds.

I think you have it composed well and have a shot worth missing some sleep.

I've redone the photo from the scratch and done some more PP. I came up with two different version, let me know what you think!

I really like the second one from your last post, although I would have tried to retain a litte less saturation on the rock in the foreground, but the image is very strong and the composition is perfect.
