I like all 3 and will probably print them up, but I'm curious how others see these and opinions on which conversion looks the best. Taken with my T2 and 85 1.8 in natural light. Processed with DPP:

1. Normal color:

2. B&W (My favorite expression; she is VERY hard to photograph.) I'm most interested in response to this conversion. I'm still trying to learn about B&W and still doubt myself.:

I like the last pic the best. The B+W shot could use a little more contrast, but its subjective and should be to "Your" liking.

Yeah, I wondered about the contrast, too, but was worried about losing too much detail in the white (esp. the bow.) I thought I pushed it as it is. My tools are limited in DPP, but I suppose I could increase the "shadow." Thanks for the feedback! :)

I also like the pose and expression in #2 best. If you post it in color, others can try conversions.

OK, I think this is better -- unless I need even MORE contrast. I actually increased the shadows as not to take any more detail away from the white bow:
