Another image from a recent trip back from Valley Ford through Tomales on the way home. Ate crab cakes and shot from the cargo door of my faithful Westy. A nice run. I will be doing that again in better light. Hope you enjoy the work.

I wish this could be shown on a medium gray matte it pops a little better. There is detail in the shadows areas. It's not all that obvious at this size. It's best to place your eye above the tree line for correct viewing angle and best contrast. There is a little bit of color aliasing in the water on my monitor if the angle is wrong increasing contrast. The 1440 version is nice with lots of detail and a soft impressionist glow.

CC welcome and appreciated.

This is a nice composition and I like the flow of the photograph but it is lacking in contrast and saturation in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. The scene is overcast light and the capture was flat. I was shooting for a softer muted tone. I plan on a re-shoot when the light is better and as odd as this may sound I like this print for this kind of light.
