Jonathan Cream of the Crop More info | Feb 01, 2011 16:02 | #3260 Evening all. Stuck in another nothing business hotel, just above the "H" in the middle of nowhere. Right at the point where I was about to try and take my own life with a particularly sharp spreadsheet, a pussy cat walked in - through two sets of sliding doors. The bar staff all greeted him and eventually he worked his way across to me for a little stroke and some purring. Two hours before, I had condemned this hotel to my wife as "adequate but sterile" - now if feels like home. It never ceases to amaze me what a calming and civilising effect animals have on your environment "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet" - Winston Churchill

I think animals have that 6th sense as to where they're needed. Glad he could bring a comforting thought of home. Find Clare's gear here

Love it and the pp Wazza wrote in post #11757598 Hi hi! Our photos from our recent trip to UK will be slowly coming online. Yesterday Katrina posted some photos and wrote a poem from our engagement: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=994255 http://www.williamsphotography.co.nz …ent/our-snowy-engagement/ We've also decided to rent out an industrial unit and convert it to a studio with office space. A big challenge, and some expense, but will give us the option to shoot indoors when the weather's not too flash outside! Best of luck on both fronts, I know you have been deliberating on going pro but with your talent you should do very well cforster wrote in post #11754388 Morning all ... was thinking about pretending to be really offended and upset ... but that's so not me!!! So don't worry at all .. am not upset / offended ... and certainly won't be making you guys feel bad!!! Am really struggling with work at the moment ... desperately need a change in job, or a holiday ... oh WAIT A MINUTE ... I have a long weekend in 3 weeks time ... guess that'll keep me going!!! Anyone else got plans to keep them going?? Ohh where's the fun in that souporman wrote in post #11754544 My mom is actually taking me on this holiday, so she's planned it all out. Start in Aswan for a few days, then a couple of days on the nile to luxor and a few days there, then to cairo before heading home. It's 2 weeks in total and lots of cool stuff including a nights stay out in the desert, a balloon ride etc. I'm looking forward to it ![]() Yea, demonstrators get bored easily. I'll be surprised if there are still major issues next week let alone by April (that's what we're hoping at least!) Fingers crossed and it will all have quietened down by then Adrian
