Love the WW2 pics, great Stranglers pics. LOVE the woodpecker - and I think the Kingfisher is great even though it's not quite what you wanted. Nice fox through the fence too. Mum has some tame foxes - she can hand feed them - must go round there with my camera one day soon. No photos for me today, dog training all day - very successful day loads of huge improvements from some really difficult dogs. I hope Mrs Pete improves soon. If you need someone to carry your bag when you go visit the foxes let me know ....!! Find Clare's gear here

Anothe great "Band of Brothers" set there! I just wanted to let you guys know my wife is in hospital. It's nothing life threatening, but she'll be in there for a while to come. So, naturally, I'll be spending as much time as I can with her. So, if you see any of my status updates on Facebook that might not make sense, they probably will now!! ![]() Sending bestest wishes to you both, Pete. Anke

It never ceases to amaze me how you nail the exposure on these type of shots in what must be awful lighting conditions. Even though I have a good private health plan through work, she's in the best place possible, and under the best care.

I'm off to walk the dogs then Homebase or BnQ to get some things to sort my new backdrops. Need to ask some lighting questions pls - currently only have a 430 ex, and it's doing the job well for me - but if I want the background lit brightly too, I'm gonna need a 2nd light aren't I. Should that be a continuous light or another flash? anyone got any advice or shall I go post on the lighting section Penelope Malby Photography
