Dr D wrote in post #12012172 Evening all, a quick post before grabbing a beer and watching the best of Top Gear in a few. A shot from Schipol, best of an ordinary set: Then a walk into Westgate gardens in Canterbury for some flower shots. Weather overcast and a bet meh, but got a keeper or two: Crocuses
Amazing luminosity in this one. Klystron wrote in post #12012291 I spent today at a road race. I do like the results from the 70-200
Great capture but do agree regarding the green tint. Should be easy to remove. I think the composition is much better than the 2nd shot you posted. Bodmin636 wrote in post #12012719 Well spent the afternoon at a wet Brands hatch watching the national endurance races. The weather couldn't decide whether to rain or not most of the time but ended up raining quite solidly at the end. ![]() Winner! Mike ugly when I'm sober More info | Morning all. Was in London on Saturday and only managed 10 photos...10 mediocre photos at that! Pete wrote in post #12006108 Thanks guys. We're hoping for a smooth recovery as well. It's most probably going to be a long recovery process, and she's going to have to learn how to be cared for. She's got a condition called Hydrocephalus (you'll probably want to wiki it). She doesn't have the more severe symptoms and the good thing is that we've caught it early and she's in one of the best neuro clinics in the country. Nice capture of the moment, I had a quick look at the EXIF as I shoot a lot of this type of stuff and noticed it was something like 1/2500 F4 and ISO800. www.iesphotography.co.uk
