It's too diverse. What are you looking to do? Check out Youtube. There are tons of vids there, and tons of tutorial Photoshop sites online too.

Here's a great magazine that is downloadable as a .pdf. Every issue in the archives to can download and is FREE. Don't neglect online stuff though. Its just so much easier for authors. But haven't been conveniently near any photography bookstores in a long time. When I worked downtown (chicago), i was probably buying two 3 a week, AND subscribing to the magazines ... Popular Photography, Shutter, theres another one I can't think of.
