I just got my first Epson printer, an Artisan 725. All I know is what the manual tells me. I've had Canon printers in the past, but they tend to fail after 2-3 years even with the very light use I give them.

Is there an easy way to print from Photoshop direct onto printable DVDs? Is there a better way?

Any tips about this or anything else appreciated :)

Tim, I have an Epson printer and I've used the Epson Print CD software for DVDs. But I created the image in PS and then saved as jpg, opened the Epson Print CD program and retrieved the image. I only use the Epson software for centering the image and actual printing.

The only other tip I can think of is to make sure you specify what type of media you are printing with so you can get correct image coverage around the spindle hole of the disc. I was using Taiyo Yuden white media that has the printable substrate all the way to the edge of the spindle hole and that type was listed in the Print CD software media list.
