I've seen a couple of these out in the west of NSW, but we don't get them here -the humidity of the coastal strip east of the Great Dividing Range causes them to get a fungal disease. Steve

Sep 09, 2005 20:16 | #6 Thanks all for the nice comments. He's definately no snake but they have a good set of jaws if you are not careful. I picked him up to relocate but thought better of it and let him on his way. They are a beautiful lizard. Often see them in pairs because they mate for life but he was a juvenile and probably out for a feed. Peter
