Yes- typically in an event.
1) Flash
2) No flash, fast drive, high iso, fast shutter
3) No flash, Single shot, lower shutter/iso

just one example. I dont have a normal 'all the time' setup.

I tried to use them when I got my camera, but the sleep function made me stop using them. I found it easier to either use AV or manual.
I originally had it set up C1 for portraits, C2 for Sports and C3 for landscapes.
