Words cant describe how I feel about this company. Their staff, service and items are all top notch/5 star in my book. They never seem to disappoint me at all and I've been renting with them for three years.
I was late in returning an item for the past 3 days due to inclement weather here in VA so I advised them to just simply charge my card. Roger and Drew Cicala promptly replied and informed me not to worry about the late fee and they fully understand the situation. That just made my day as a consumer, these guys over and over again has made sure customer satisfcation is their priority. Now before anyone says "Big deal, every lens rental store wouldve' done the same thing" I'd like to advise that unfortunately this is not always the case. I'm not even going to mention the name of the company because I don't want to spoil their christmas spirit.
