My friend has a G11. Solid camera. Takes great pictures but not very pocketable. That would keep me from owning one. Now the S95 is something I'm looking to get. Have to love that f2.0 it has :)

I like the 1D MK III but, it was seldom used once I got the 1Ds III. I love FF over any 1.6 and 1.3 crop. That won't change. :)

somebody asked me today what to do if the pictures were blurry (she is using a D90)? She shot their Christmas party and said 90% of the photos were blurry...

I asked, were you using it in greenbox mode? she said YES!

I then said, NO FLASH? she said NONE!

I then said you either need a flash and use manual mode to avoid blurry photos or light the area so much to allow you to use no flash.

She then asked me... so What camera is better for taking pictures in lowlight? I said none!! Just take the time to learn how to use your camera :lol:

S95 vs. LX5, except for the LX5's lens cap, almost all features in it is better than the S95. specially if you are a landscape shooter.

btw, I originally like S95 too, I like its form better.

G11 looks nice but I'm contemplating the Olympus GF-1 with the 20mm F1.7 pancake. Nice little video recorder it is.

I'd go for the Sony NeX-5.
