Driving out to the beach for a week vacation in 2 days and the fedex expected delivery set at 3 days from now but seeing "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" today....and it has been that way since 7:06am this morning.

I have my fingers crossed for ya. I hate this part...

It is worth a call to FedEx - especially considering that they won't deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Have the tracking number handy.


You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

Depends on if they stop by or not. Since it's on the truck I have to wait on them.

Yes I have been obsessively checking the fedex page all day ;)

Even if I don't get it in time I still have the 300D to shoot with. MY wife grew out of the Fuji P&S and is now having fun with a real camera ;) so she gets the 300 and I got to upgrade :)

Awesome! I just got mine yesterday! My first DSLR!! A little overwhelming, but very impressive. Check for my post of first photos... They will improve as I learn the camera, but not bad for starters.
