National Guard Returning

Hey all,

Being a journalist is a job I really enjoy, and I'm very happy I got to cover the return of my local national guard company today, christmas eve, after about a year of them fighting in Iraq. Some of these people were seeing their children for the first time, and it was hard to not get emotionally engulfed in this event..enjoy...you can critique if you want, but I'm just here to show these photos

Backstory on that one...it was the first time she's ever seen her grandson (you can see her daughter running w/ him in her arms)

You may suggest anything you'd like! But the color is true to the scene! In the shade on a cold winter day
