This is kinda off the topic but I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a good online photography class?

For the money you will get as much information as you can possibly handle (at least here in S.F. bay area). If there are no colleges close by there are likely photographers in the area that teach. Books work but remember that photography is a pretty deep subject and that no one book really covers the entire range of subject matter. It also takes practice and real field experience to start to get inside the sport.

Time behind the camera is kind in my opinion.... There ain't gonna be enough time to capture all the beautiful thing in the world, but I'm getting them one by one...

Time behind the camera is kind in my opinion.... D I am interested in all kinds of photography, macros of my flowers and insects in my gardens, wildlife and landscapes. I love sunsets but can't seem to capture what I see. I think I'll look into a how too book for DSLR cameras. My T1i manual gives some good information but it's really boring. I would love to find a book that would actually give lessons on different techniques and how to use manual settings. Thanks so much for your reply.
