'71 has the parking lights upright, outside of the headlights I think.

Yes, it also has dual headlights instead of the quad headlights found on older models.

I believe thats a guy named Allen From Pleasanton. Has a few late 60's early 70's chevy muscle cars.

71 had the single headlights and turnsignals in a rectangle at each end.
