Need some help with Exif - Time Stamping

I did a shoot with two bodies, but didnt sync the time on both of them. Is there a way to adjust the times shot with one body an hour back so that all the pictures will sync properly?
BTW, I have LR3 and Canons Software

You can edit the capture time in Metadata/Edit Capture time.

Check Help for "edit capture time" for details -- in fact check out Chapter 7 of help for more about Metadata.
