Paint Shop Pro X2 Time Machine.

PS: PS CS5, PSP X2 and Windows 7 all report this picture as being much more sepia than I can see in either Maxthon or Chrome. Why is that? This picture looks much cooler in the browser than anywhere else.

Opened in camera raw, recovered some of the highlights in the shirt, bumped the black point just a hair
in photoshop, slight levels adjustment and noise reduction, vibrance adjustment and some light high-pass sharpening

I had ago at this for you.

1. Curves adjustment
2. Shadows / light adjustment
3. Image adjustments - Selective color
4. Unsharpen mask
5. Light vignette
