is it my monitor or is your ceiling dirty? or is that your brush stroke in PS?

My ceiling isn't dirty silly.:p It's the light coming in reflecting from all directions. Even if I metered the window, everything else would be in shadow and underexposed. So take another guess at how I got the dynamic range of this image.
