I use AB 800, four of it and a vagabond II

Yes I had 4AB400 set for portrait of guests, one beauty dish, one broily box, one for background and one heifers for shadows.

Set up was in garage, like this

I like Ox tongue, never had Ox tail.. and Liver sauce should be similar to Liver spread just juicier
