Nice Milky way shot, here is another Milky way over light polluted Las Vegas
QUOTED IMAGE

That was actually my first and last attempt at shooting the milky way  I can't get away from the city often enough to shoot the clear sky... here its way too polluted and bright.

this shot is even better Tony

hahahaha... so why are you so late here Alex?

I was just catching up a bit, gonna go sleep very soon. You had a lot of nice food shots earlier! I don't have as much time to reply during work since it's so busy these days.

Yes tHe first posted milky way was at the darker sky at Bryce was with gale force wind, although I had the tripod low and extended Legs, I am sure it was moving with the strong winds.

good job Tony, nice to see a studio guy in with all the landscapers

I'm not. Landscaper! :p jack of all trades :p Who has no clue on studio shooting! :( I really need to invest in a low cost setup because I have had a few people approach me about family shots.

We really need to get you out into the real world Steven

He only thought it was a mechanic, because he doesn't know the difference between grease and sunblock.

Either that, or his local mechanics are just slobs.

to be honest Omar, if I have a camera like yours or Julians, I wouldn't switch. I'M SERIOUS!!!

I wanna buy a canon system again...maybe in a few years time. I want both system with 1 UWA lens and 1 70-200mm :D

In a few year's time, you might be eyeing Sony, or maybe a Panasonic EVIL.

School was good today. Lab went well this morning, was paired with yet another two guys for lab partners, but these guys know their stuff so I don't have to wait around for them to figure out which direction they're supposed to be walking. Got done the lab an hour early, had a three hour lunch, couple hours of theory, and then an electrical term test. Got 90% on the test, highest mark in the class.

I have a mechanic friend who has a sign taped inside the lid of his toolbox. It says, "Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey."!
