Just going to suit up and do my old cardio routine... I need to get a new gym membership at a place that won't have students come running up to me and tell me to stop dropping my barbells after doing squats. I miss my old Crossfit gym where the sound of 350+lbs slamming to the floor was a welcomed sound and hurl buckets were placed around the gym  I used to leg press 1000lbs for 3 reps in my prime and it was hard finding a good gym that had that kind of weight around.

Drinking some green tea from the office now... gotta find a place to order up some more legit green tea or maybe fly to Shanghai in the summer and stock up haha.

All the gyms have turned sissy now! You can do any of that stuff without getting looked at now. Some people dont know what it feels like to lift something at your max and then toss it aside. Certain level of adrenaline you can only get from that.

Ive never been a tea drinker yet everyone says its damn good for you. Especially green tea. I cant get beyond the taste yet i drink some nasty tasting protein shakes

Damm that would blow. I would toss it up as a foundation date. Lets see what happens

I don't think he's going to tell us...which means it either went really well, or really bad. If it was neutral he wouldn't mind just saying it, e.g. "We just played games."

So either they have another date soon, or he tried to kiss her and got the palm in the face.

No raquetball for you Alex?

Never played, but I'd try it. That and Squash, which I guess is similar to racquetball. As far as racket sports go, I've played tennis, ping pong, and badminton.

Good points up there. We shall wait for his announcement. I should have logged on last night "New Challenger" splashed all over his screen :D

You should try it. I sucked bad at all those other racket games but some how i was good at racket ball.

And interrupt him while he's giving her lessons? Why, how senseless of you!

Yeah, I'll give it a go sometime. I'm pretty good at ping pong and badminton, but I suck at tennis. I mean, I guess I'm not terrible. I can play rallies. But my backhand is inaccurate and I can't serve to save my life. I just can't get the hang of the overhead serve, so I always do the hitting on the ground one, lol. >_<

Panda is awesome at tennis. He's always bored when I play him because I provide no challenge whatsoever.

I was just being on the safe side... so what do you call those Doctors who lets you cough and looks underneath if its moving or not?

Urologists and proctologists, depending upon where they are looking.

Granted, their exams my not be fun (for most of us, anyway), but better them than an oncologist.

What do you mean, if? Isn't it always moving when you cough?

(Maybe it's the it that needs specifying, lol.)

I'm more than ten years away from that but I already fear for my life!

Steven, not all female doctors are young and attractive like in those things you watch. :p:lol:

Percentage wise, there are just as many young and attractive female doctors as there are male doctors, and just as many old and ugly ones, too.

By the way Steven, I love table tennis as well! I'm not super good like the pros, but I'm pretty good for a casual player. If I ever see you in real life, let's have a match! You're probably going to kick my rear-end, but I'll try my best. :)

I dunno bout kickin your rear-end but never really made it to the nationals as well..so I guess I was pretty crappy.

Perhaps Steven watches too many 'ER' type of shows, where all the doctors and nurses are gorgeous and sleep with each other like a carousel.

Yeah but you still played competitively, so you're far ahead of me buddy!

Actually, yes! They have a few drinks and play video games with the boys. The saying is that they play better when they're drunk (although that seems to go for guys too, and not just for video games).

By the way Steven, if you have a few drinks before going to the doctor, I'm sure she will seem a bit more attractive to you as well...even if she is not actually a she. :p;)

Ditto, and still true today. I think that has a lot to do with the fact that guys tend to be able to hold their liquor a lot better than girls can. So if we have a party or get-together and everyone drinks the same amount, more girls will be drunk than guys. In college, people attempted to get wasted more, but nowadays it's more of a social drinking thing.

Nothing happened, ...when i got home. j/k j/k Naw, nothing exciting or spicy enough for the internet. I'm going to the gym right now because I won't be able to go tonight. I'm using a new routine and I'm getting very quick results. The main limiting factor is my diet. I must consume 3400 calories/day to not plateau. So tired of eating!!! my jaw will suffer from arthritis.

Depends on the group that you're with. 21-25, lets get wasted! 25-30, try this this taste horrible (or good)!

Another hot date tonight? ;)

Just eat less in quantity, but consume foods higher in caloric intake. The tradeoff might be that you also get high amounts of fat, cholesterol, sodium, and so on, though. There's always energy bars and shakes as well, although I wouldn't rely on them exclusively.

So when are we going for Korean BBQ or Shabu Shabu again?
