GF took this with the iphone...

There's pig intestines, chicken intestine, chicken heads, chicken feet, chicken blood squares, pig ears etc...

Nice shots Steven! We chop up cow intestines and cook them in two different ways. One way is to make a soup out of it, which i don't like, and the other is to cook it using tomato paste. The tomato version i love! On top of white rice :)

What do you suggest i look out for when choosing a monitor for photo editing? Wide gamut, contrast ratio, type of panel?

haha there are a lot more, we also chop pig intestines here and put blood as sauce on it.

Oh dude I know :) We hit the Shanghai night market when I was there as well as the Beijing Street Market and wow is all I can say... I saw full roasted scorpions being chomped on by people.

HP Dreamcolor with the calibration kit built-in :) Was developed in partnership with Dreamworks Animation and we've got a bunch at our office that reproduce colors fantastically. If you're in the price range of Eizo I'd throw the HP in the pot too.
