Ring bell up and tell them that you're being ripped off for your services. I had to do it with my girlfriend's mom as she was paying for "high speed" and was getting 56k transfer speeds. I do the same with Rogers and usually make a monthly "hey @$$holes what happened to my internet" call.
all right called them up and got this far today
"Martin, I will escalate this issue to my senior technician. where they will be performing tests on your phone line to determine where the trouble lies"
'Lies' being the operative word here, it will take 2-3 days to check, service seems slower than my internet speed
